Roundtops – Gaylord

According to the Otsego Chamber of Commerce 50th Anniversary History: Carl Rolinski of Gaylord donated a parcel of land near St. Mary’s Cemetary to be used as a ski area for local youth. The area became known as Roundtops and started operating in 1957. Kids could ride the rope and ski all day for $0.50. The winter of 1964 was the last for Roundtops
